On the back is written:
Tivey, Yates, Smith, Mapp. Thompson-Foster, Frazer
Parsons, Barber, Morris, R S M Wilson, Deegan, Moore
Millage, Carter, Hazelwood, Spike

Welcome to the forum and thank you for the photograph, it would seem likely that Lt. Barber (pictured) is the same one mentioned on the WW1 thread on the Old Manchester topic.
