A charity worker has been offering homeless people in Manchester city centre rides in his Rolls-Royce.

Entrepreneur and philanthropist Abubakar Sarwar, 32, set up charity SmileAid to raise money for community cohesion projects in January this year.

He said offering lifts in luxury cars sends out a message to homeless people to tell them they haven't been forgotten.

How about selling the Rolls, then donate the proceeds to the homeless ? ;)

Excellent idea! Or perhaps raffling it might make even more for the homeless?

Either way, we'd best not hold our breath for long.
