help, has any one got a photo of rumford place cholton on medlock ,it is long gone now but i hope some one has a photo so i can see were my family lived in 1913 .thanks in anticipation

Rumford Street began at Nelson Street and ran towards City center parallel with Upper Brook Street. In order it crossed Grafton Street, Weymouth Street, Ackers Street, Dover Street, Brunswick Street, Eldon Street, Clifford Street,Booth Street East and ended at Rosamond Street.

Even back in the 60's Most of the land around Rumford Street was earmarked for Manchester University re-zoning under the compulsory purchase scheme.

Hi my great grandmother lived on Rumford Street unfortunately I don't have ant photographs, I remember visiting her as a child.
