I've always fancied the idea of something a little more spectacular. The Vikings, for example, now they REALLY knew how to do a funeral. All those blazing torches setting the barge alight, and all the rest of it. Wow! That sounds idyllic, and it would really draw a crowd to the banks of the River Mersey or the Ship Canal, although I'm not sure about the local council. They might hesitate a little before they issued a permit.............
