As it's gone off ,sounds like it's been dropped because I read it' hit  people legs.

My my my, word on the street is that this was attempted murder .


The shotgun charge was a dud .


The shooter is a white male from what I am hearing from friends who were there.


If that's the case we could have a racially motivated shooting.


The police have announced it was ÑOT gang related.


And it was attempted murder.


We could of had a Norway style attack on our hands possibly the gun was knackered and the murderer copped out.
