Children's Voices is a free community children's choir based at St Chrysostom's Church, led by musicians from the Olympias Music Foundation and the Royal Northern College of Music, and funded by Manchester City Council. At the Olympias Music Foundation we believe that the voice is the most amazing and versatile musical instrument, the gateway to music-making and a free musical resource we should all be getting the most out of! Previously the Olympias Music Foundation Choir, Children's Voices brings together children ages 6-11 from primary schools across Manchester to sing together on Tuesdays after school and performs regularly at our termly OMF concerts. Children's Voices rehearse every Tuesday from 3:45-4:45pm at St Chrysostom's Church (M14 5BG) beginning Tuesday 18th September and is open to any children in Manchester aged 6-11. Children from all schools, faiths, backgrounds and cultures welcome! Biscuits and juice are provided every week in the break. For more information, or if you know someone who would like to join Children's Voices, please get in touch with Jo at 07809532354. We look forward to seeing you there!
