I agree as long as it doesn't take too long

One pundit said," sometimes you need a little luck,a decision to go your way".
But when the ref. hasn't seen anything and is over ruled after the play goes on. That should be the talking point,as the pundit said.

When Utd were awarded that penalty against city through var what would have happened if city quickly went down the other end and scored before var told the ref,?

That would put fun in the game,Idon't want 2 refs, rather say he supports the other side when HE disallows a goal.
Not a sore looser Utd deserved the win, Citeh too slow to adapt to the first half fast pace.

Even without the assistance LiVARpool are getting this season, City are not playing anywhere near well enough to retain the title again. We have already lost at Anfield and three more times against inferior opposition, and we were deservedly beaten each time. The bloody awful Champions League is going to be more significant for us than usual, which is quite a gloomy prospect, sadly.

How about pushing for its abolition? I firmly believed (along with many other people) before its introduction that it was a terrible idea that would inflict immense damage upon the sport, and I feel that subsequent events are proving our fears to be well founded. There are numerous examples so far this season of patently incorrect decisions being awarded after VAR examination, with one club in particular appearing to be the lucky beneficiaries of a startlingly high number of them. Already there are murmurs on social media of supporters becoming frustrated enough to give up season tickets they have held for many years, and this growing disquiet is by no means confined to the followers of Manchester City.

Let's face it, VAR is merely a glorified action replay. Throughout my long career as a supporter I have seen countless examples of controversial incidents being analysed on MOTD or some other football show. The host and the panel of guests, all of whom are former professionals who have 'been there and done it' many times, are frequently unable to reach agreement on what they have seen in front of them, even though they have watched it from umpteen different angles and at various different speeds. Why in God's name would anybody imagine that VAR could somehow be more accurate and less partisan? In the end, it is merely down to somebody's opinion and interpretation, just like all those slow motion replays on The Big Match.

It is reaching the point where it is becoming impossible to celebrate your own team scoring a goal because your first instinct is to look around for some Tom, Dick or Harry drawing an invisible square with his finger. And when the spontaneity has gone God help football, because somebody will need to.

VAR rules Chelsea goal offside. My comment,if he had smaller feet,it would have been onside.

True. And let's not forget the 'offside heel' which cancelled out a perfectly good goal at Wolves v Leicester a couple of weeks back. Early on in the season, of course, Aguero's toe was deemed to have erred, which cost the Blues two well deserved points at home to Spurs. It carries on getting worse rather than better. It's almost like they're actually trying to ruin football as a leading spectator sport, isn't it?

Footballers are so thick, they can stand offside when a freekick is being taken and wear bright red boots which show up well on camera.
