Introducing myself

Hello Manchester!
Just wanted to quickly say hello and Introduce myself!
I'm Richard and and one of the two Directors of an awesome new organisation called Y?Not which we have designed to get people meeting up and talking to each other again away from the Digital Social Media World......
We have chosen Manchester as a launch pad, as we both think it's the Best City with the most Amazing and friendly people in the whole of the UK!

So, keep an eye out folks.....
It's going to be VERY exciting!

Yes I understand that posting external links is not allowed.It has always been a challenge with online forums, to prevent spammers on the one hand, but it has always made sharing useful information, links and services very difficult.
What would you advise?

Hi Richard, love your idea? But,surely you must be a wee bit older to want to get away from the digital age? Or, you could be younger and see that people will want to go back to the good old days lol...

This sounds like something done in other media groups,annual meets in a pub.Perhaps more often.          Over the years there have been some very odd folk on here,I wouldn't want to meet.    The rest could meet in a phonebox.
Politicians and nappies must be changed often,and for the same reason
