''''' last winter, a physical exhibition at The Lowry entitled Defining Me – Musical Adventures in Manchester shifted attention onto individual music fans, some of whom also happen to be musicians, DJs or writers.

Contributions from Joyce Rawlings, Pete Maclaine and Pauline Clegg illustrated the music scene around the Oasis Club during the 1960s:
All that's necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing

Pauline Clegg used to manage a few Manchester bands,  one of which was Wayne Fontana and the Mindbenders,  my brother asked me if I knew Joyce Rawlings, I didn't but I remember the name,  maybe Pam Ball,  who went out with Ric Rothwell the drummer of the above band, had mentioned them both.

Where are they now, anyone?
