It strange, but most of the ghosts seem to be seen in pubs...!!!

This is the case, not only in Manchester, but Liverpool too... I wonder why this is?

Is it that the 'Person' killed themselves accidentally when drunk? They got in to a drunken brawl and died in a fight... When drunk? Or is it that the people seeing the ghosts where... Drunk?!!?

Their seems to be a case that if you are scared of ghosts, or maybe becoming one, DON'T drink?!!

I wish I had read this post before Halloween! But I'm definately going to take a look at these places in the next few weeks now that the sun is going down really early.

We know that Hyde Town Hall is very active, Smithills Hall bolton, is also very active, we have evidence for these on our pages on youtube and Facebook, we get our evidence from EVPs and have over 100 videos on these pages. We are hoping to get into the Manchester Underground tunnels and get them some evidence as well,.  :)

Welcome to the forum, can you put your findings on here when you've visited the underground tunnels?

There has always been talk of the Lady of the Lake who supposedly roams around Heaton Park

While visiting an old and spooky country house, a lady confided in the guide that she was terrified of ghosts and dreaded meeting one on the tour. To reassure her, the guide informed her that in all the years he had worked at the house, he had never seen a single ghost. "And how long have you worked here?" asked the woman. "Three hundred years."

I ended up on this site from a post on a ghost site in the UK.
