Just viewed them all again Andrew - they are stunning and so original.

I am impressed with how clean all those tunnels look - are you in any of the photographs?

Your photographs are amazing. Night images are very difficult to do well, but you've nailed them nicely. I love the angles you've taken too.... A very similar composition to the way my eye is trained during weddings... I reckon they are my favourite images of Manchester so far. Many photographs I have seen are pretty boring, seeing as Manchester is Land-locked. They generally have loads of empty space with a few Sky scrapers knocking around. You've given focus to the real 'Mean' looking Skyscrapers (The Hilton), with loads of interesting stuff going on around it... Pure quality!

Liverpool has loads of hidden tunnels too - they're called the Williamson tunnels. They where created by a bloke, Williamson (No surprise their!) to employ soldiers after the First World War after they came back home to no jobs. The bloke gave them a wage, which helped them feed their families... What a nice man!

The tunnels are actually a complete waste of time, going no where and doing nothing... A little bit like Liverpool FC... But then thats probably not worth mentioning on a Manchester forum is it?!

Keep going with the photography though man... Are you professional?!

Tom.
