Freecycle's a great site O0

There are some Freecycle sites in Northern Ireland too. I post messages to people offering goods on behalf of an Age Concern shop and quite a number of the Freecyclers donate items that other Freecylers don't want to the Charity. It's a good way to assist a Charity raise funds.

There is a bury group now too and the Manchester link has changed.  I'll have to dig them out.

There's a new online classifieds site for the north west where you can recycle stuff - they call it a 'Greenflog'. It's called www.Flog.co.uk, which suggests selling stuff (and you can), but they also make a big play on the recycling thing. I've tried the freecycle thing, but don't really know how to use it.
