She must be at least reasonably good if shes at The Lowry.  :)

Crikey this is from 2006, anyway, yes she is indeed an excellant fairly traditional folk singer from South Yorkshire with a broad Yorkshire accent and a wonderful voice.

It was a very good concert, if any of you are into folk go when she tours it's well worth it.

I used to be into electric folk, Fairport Convention, Steeleye Span. I saw Steeleye live at Salford University, they were excellent.  :)

I saw them in Sheffield and very good they were too, if you like them you would certainly like her.
