Elton John's not that bad...or he didn't used to be. I expect people were referring to an earlier likeness (said she, diplomatically ;)) I wonder if he cycles????
My son in law is very keen but cyclists make me nervous on the road. Sometimes they can be a bit erratic and I worry for their safety.
We have some great cycle routes around here. We are particularly fond of the one between Wadebridge and Padstow in Cornwall that was the railway line prior to Dr. Beeching. You can hire the bikes in Wadebridge and there are facilities to chain them up once you arrive in Padstow. It makes a great day out!! :)
