William Joseph Robinson

traced as far back as 1810 by my cousin Stuart Thomson (Essex headmaster) he and his son were watchmakers and travelled from Yorkshire, Clitheroe, Manchester (even Liverpool as the families spread out) is there any way of tracing back before this date, and if anyone comes across a fob watch or watch with the name Robinson on - please to let me know :)

I will keep a look out for you down this part of the country. It is surprising how things travel!! Hubbie loves looking at old watches so I will get him on the case! :)

thanks Sue, I know my great, great, grandparents travelled to Nottingham, Liverpool, Clitheroe and even Yorkshire
