Umberto nearly lost it last nite on the radio, this woman came on saying statistics showed that the warning packets on cigarettes showed they discouraged people from smoking, so he asked where she got her statistics from and what were they, but she kept hedging, she said she worked for the govt.  he said where (which dept.) in the end he said  I feel as if my foot is nailed to the ground and I'm going round in circles ;D ;D
