Wasn't it peculiar at the end of the match when the Manager stood up and it wasn't Fergie?   ;D
It's nice to be important, but it's also important to be nice.

Although I am a Man City fan. I hope that United don't slide down the table now Fergie the great motivator has gone. As much as I love City. It's United who have put Manchester on the International footballing map.

If there is one thing I can't stand. It's Fair weather fans, a lot of whom haven't been to a game in years, criticising the opposing team without justification, whether that be United/City, Liverpool/Everton. Or whoever it happens to be. Support your team by all means, but don't slag off their opponents just for the sake of slagging them off.

How do you work out there is no presume on unite?  There is pressure on every manager, always has been, always will be.
Your talking of millions of pounds at stake, everyone is under pressure?

Adsum, i get to as many games as i can but the cost of a season ticket is to much these days for me. It doesn't make me any less a fan.
By the way the charity shield is not like winning a proper trophy and doesn't mean much to most teams.

The downside was he'll be missed I thought I might have caught sight of him somewhere, the upside - no more chewing gum ;D

Moyes has only been in the job 5 mins and he has learnt so much of fergi.
He has the art of moaning & complaining down to a dine art.

I have to say UTD could be in this present form be in for a relegation fight.
It's not the quality of the players that has surprised me it's the same team that won the league.
It's the tactics and formations my moyes is deploying.

The team looks shapeless and also they look like a team that's never played together, the worst trait they seem to have is the inability to retain a football.

It's almost as if they are to scared to keep hold of the ball for more than two touches.

There's to much inaccurate passing between them , this us the downfall they need to relax and choose there targets to pass to, they have ability it the tactics of catch and kick the ball is getting them hammered in games.

The other big question mark is the quality of vidic and Ferdinand . I have alway thought vidic had two good seasons and has lived of that ever since Ferdinand is well and truly finished.

As for danny wellbeck ? What can any one say about his lack of fire power , yet he is picked time and time again.

I was listening to Joe Royle on the radio earlier, he said Moyes is in a very difficult situation having to follow on from arguably the greatest football manager ever.
It seems the midfield is to blame and they need to strengthen it as West Bromwich were all over them, Fenailly has been playing in Rooney's position previously.  I seem to recall United being slow-starters last season but could be wrong :-\

You can have a slow start for sure, but its more of a complete stop in UTD case.
Their is serious concerns about moyes and the team.

He has run out of time now any more losses will see him gone by Xmas.
If its true SAF told him not to change the staff and he did - then more fool him.
If the greatest manager the world has ever seen gives you advice and you ignore it then your either stupid or thick.
