Splendid final day. I've really enjoyed the week. Slight shame for a few bods who should really have had better results, but the talent popping up was brilliant. New record for the ladies 4x100m relay team and the 4 x 100m blokes were a bit disappointed they didn't get a record as well as the gold. Fine attitude, I thought.
