Will Chambers & Co. - Fishing Tackle Dealer

I'm looking for information about the Old Fishing Tackle Shop which was located at 23 Market Place, above the Old Wellington Inn in the original Shambles area of Manchester.
The time period would most likely be around 1897 to 1903 when the business may have been run by William Chambers and his brother Albert.
Any assistance in my research would be greatly appreciated.

Most likely this is Will or Albert Chambers stood at the door of the shop which was definitely number 25 and not 23, the doorway led to creaky old oak staircase which gave access to the shop on the first floor.
