This special event is open to everyone and offers some insight into how bringing mindfulness into everything we do gives us the ability to act effectively and lightly with wisdom.  Although mindfulness is a very popular practice with many profound benefits, its true essence is often lost. All mindfulness instructions originate in Buddhist philosophy which presents a step-by-step approach to mastering this practise.  Gen Gomchen will share with us how we can begin to understand and practise mindfulness by beginning to understand and transform our minds from negative states to positive states.
