We know that 100% of 746 is, well, just 746.**Step 2:**If 100% of 746 is 746, then we can get 1% of 746 by dividing it by 100. Let's do 746 / 100. This is equal to 7.46. Now we know that 1% is 7.46.**Step 3:**Now that we know what 1% of 746 is, we just need to multiply it by 1 to get our solution! 7.46 times 1 = 7.46. That's all there is to it!
