It was an excellent performance from the Rangers every one of 'em stood up and gave Porto a game, evenly matched according to the stats, full credit to Porto, their goal was unstoppable, I'll be gutted if we  lose Morelos in January though

I see the plucky Reds have managed to hold Colchester level all the way to half-time. Play up, United, rah-rah-rah!

Oh, well. With the scorelines as they are at the moment it seems that City and United are both going through. It's obviously going to be another of those all-Manchester semi finals. But wouldn't it be great if, just for once, that didn't happen and we had an all-Manchrster final at Wembley instead?

I doubt it will happen. This is the fourth time (to my knowledge) that both sides have featured in the semis of a domestic cup. The League Cup in 1970, 2010 and 2020, alongside the FA Cup in 2011. Despite the very narrow odds involved they have been drawn out together every time, which surely can't be mere coincidence. It seems like the powers that be have fondness for heated balls.

Rumours are that Spurs are intent on bringing back Gareth Bale - I want United to get him ???

Is that because you're such a dedicated football follower and you have an undying passion for the club you support, Celeste?

I can't say I go to matches nowadays due to family commitments, but the amount of money the players receive they should not need much motivation, I feel a bit sorry for previous managers as they seem to get the blame, hope it won't happen to Ole :-\

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said his side hit a season low point in the Carabao Cup semi-final first-leg loss to Manchester City.

Oh no Celeste , he’s delicate , city are now where Utd were for over twenty years ,they had the best people from the top down to the bottom ,the best manager, the best stadium ,the best scouting policy , the best youth policy, the best players etc etc and it’s gone downhill through lack of foresight .
