Italian club Roma are considered trailblazers when it comes to their social media campaigns, having previously featured everything from black screens to the history of the Earth when announcing new player signings.
This summer, they went for a more poignant approach by featuring missing children videos alongside their transfer announcements,  with several featuring Lee Boxall who went missing in 1988 aged 15 years.

Isabella Skelton -  photos.

Images of what a missing woman could look like more than 50 years since she was last seen have been released by Greater Manchester Police.
Isabella Skelton, nee McDowall - also known as Izzy - went missing in June 1969 aged 35 from her home on Lidiard Street in Crumpsall, Manchester.
Police believe Mrs Skelton, who would be aged 86, could still be alive.
"We owe it to Isabella's family not to stop looking for her," said Det Insp Claire Moss.
Mrs Skelton's family grew up under the belief that she had left Manchester to work away for a period but they never saw her again.
There is no record of her after she left Manchester and no record of her death, police said. She remains classed as a missing person.

Detectives have renewed their appeal for information to find a man who has been missing for 12 months.

James Miller, 38, was last seen on Slater Street in Latchford, Warrington, at 23:00 GMT on 22 December 2020.

Cheshire Police said officers investigating his disappearance had looked into numerous sightings, which had proved inconclusive.

Det Insp Helen Clegg has urged anyone with information to get in touch "no matter how small you think it may be".

"As we reflect on this day I would ask the public to cast their minds back and to get in touch if they have information that has not yet been disclosed to us," she added.

At the time he went missing, Mr Miller was wearing a white T-shirt and grey jogging bottoms.

He is described as 5ft 8in tall (1.7m) with bright blue eyes, of a medium build and with a distinctive scar on the side of his head.

Det Insp Clegg said: "The past 12 months have been a long and difficult time for his family and friends and my thoughts are with them today and continue to be as each day passes.

"Despite the number of inquiries we have received since James went missing his whereabouts has still not been established.

"However the investigation is still open and officers continue to act on reports which could lead to James being found."

A property is being searched in connection with the disappearance of a 15-year-old boy almost 23 years ago.

Phillip Harris left his home in St Eleanors Close, West Bromwich, on 28 July 1999 to visit a friend in Northfield, Birmingham.

He later called his foster parents to say he would be staying with a friend overnight and has been missing ever since.

West Midlands Police, reviewing the case, are searching a Smethwick home.

The force said the property in St Paul's Road was linked to Phillip at the time of his disappearance.

The current residents are not connected to the inquiry and have been rehoused while the search is conducted, it added.

After Phillip's disappearance, media appeals were made in Birmingham and Manchester, where he had family ties, but there have been no sightings, the force said.

The brothers of an ex-rugby league star who has "vanished off the face of the earth" have said they will turn to a private investigator to find him after police "turned up nothing".

Former Wigan, St Helens and Bradford Bulls prop forward Bryn Hargreaves moved to the US 10 years ago after quitting the sport.

He was reported missing on 3 January.

His brother David said his family's "ultimate goal" was to "have him back and give him a big hug".

Hargreaves began his career with his hometown club in Wigan in 2004 before moving to St Helens three years later.

He joined Bradford Bulls in 2010, but quit the sport two years later at the age of 26 after becoming disillusioned by off-field problems at the club.

He moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with his now ex-wife, after leaving the game before relocating to rural West Virginia.
