he should be able to scale the roof, and as I am contemplating having a window hatch there and leaving it slightly open (not to seem 'fast') he can land in about 11 inches of insulation that was put there and I shall take him a cup of tea - stirred not shaken!!

The first day went very well - they have upgraded me to full time
staff - I was originally down for part time as that's all they had -
9-5 except wednesdays which are 12-8 kept the morning clear for dray
work -  not much to do tonight other than watch health/safety vids -
have a tour of the place, etc - looks painless enough
