It was live, last night and I didn't take it all in. 2nd reading only a few weeks away. It was a lady who read the bill. Shouldn't there be a link to find out what Parliament is doing and going to do.   I find some content on the BBC parliament channel.
Have just watched Rees Mogg on UTube,in committee coolly destroy Guy Verstwhatever, about the Irish border and unbreakable EU rules. [not]

The proposer was Lucy Powell, central Manchester MP she said at the end of her eight minute drone that it wasn't about censorship, I believe her  ::)

Quite agree with that Celeste, I've said before on the Forum that he's a cool cookie, a fact that is demonstrated by a video online showing some scruffy old get from "class war" doorstep him with his family, and addressing his children directly, started telling them that people hate their daddy, this from a 71 year old scumbag, if he'd done it to my kids I'd have decked him, but this among other things is what happens with the "new gentler politics" that Crusty promised at the last election.

'Class War'
'Politics of Envy'

I don't vote for any of the main partys but I sometimes wonder if some of the 'have nots' expect those who earn a decent living are expected to work for them so everyone receives an equal amount of money  ???

The same mogg that went on TV and denounced gays and abortion?

same-sex marriage is wrong and laments David Cameron’s support for it.

He thinks women should not be “allowed” abortions, even in cases of rape.

He didn’t tone it down,      he tells it like it is.??

That  guy? ???

If he carries on like that he has no chance of becoming Prime Minister, Boris is too unpredictable, can't think who the Tories would vote for :-\

As far as I'm concerned, and I'm not a member of any party, all that you mention I regard as none of my business

Regardless of whether anyone agrees with him or not, to accost him and his family and start calling him things in front of his kids I think any right minded person would find unacceptable.
A bit of hypocrisy on display in the anti-Mogg post, I seem to remember a post that was removed where gays were called awful things by the commenter, but now it's expedient to use homophobia against Mogg.  ???

he is the real deal. The real deal is not a charming, upper-crust throwback, but a thoroughly modern, neoconservative bigot. Views that verge on fascistic are fine if dressed up in tweed with a knowledge of the classics thrown in. What a laugh! No one who thinks like that could get elected, could they? That would be a sick joke indeed.

I've always wondered why this back bench nobody became such a Tory darling as ever with the Tory's
££££
kerching

The Brexiteer moggy is a major and long-term shareholder in investment management firm Somerset Capital, which has $9.6billion under management, according the London Economic
When Britain exits the single market and Customs Union, Rees-Mogg will be in line for a huge personal windfall through Somerset Capital.

That is because moves to create barriers to trade with the EU would force British companies to strike up deals elsewhere, directly profiting companies backing the emerging markets.

That mogg??? O0  .Ever thought you been hoodwinked by your self!

The ones who were verbally assaulting his children , I would love to see what a background check would bring up , do they work ? What class they belong to?, did they go to university ?, have they any criminal record ?, are they anti Semitic ?, it could be quite interesting,
