I think the bedroom tax was petty and did more harm than good, but people who condoned it may have done so half-heartedly or changed their minds.

Maybe you shouldn't be singling out Rees-Mogg, if he became prime minister it might work to Jeremy Corbyn's advantage - in your opinion?
