20 Cecil st moss side 1911

just wondering if any fellow forum members have access to the 1911 census , if they have I wonder if they could give me information on the above address and could tell me who the occupants were at that time . Thank you in advance

Hi Parky,


This is the house where Rosa Grindon lived, Rosa was a famous Suffragette, if  you Google "Rosa Grindon" plenty of information will appear.
She lived at 20 Cecil Street in 1911 at the age of 63 -- a widow.
She was born in Newhall, Derby.
Her servant, Mary Lynch was 40 and from Enniscarthy in Ireland.

Thank you so much oldron O0 . This is a superb photo what a lovely house although moss side was deemed to be posh those days .
