It is nothing new for football figures to speak out about social issues. But it feels a door is being opened - with Rapinoe (female footballer of the year) expressing her wish, among other things, that "everybody other than [Raheem] Sterling and [Kalidou] Koulibaly was as outraged about racism as they were".
Mata endorses that sentiment.

Why would anybody care what a moronic pig-faced munter like her has to say about any subject under the sun? She probably reads it all from a script anyway, just like Greta.
