I’m sure Mr Southgate will put his non-gender-specific little voice to good use, for the general advancement of mankind. 😂😂😂😂😂

In the meantime, I’m sure it would be interesting if a group of alphabet people among the official World Cup delegations were treated to a traditional welcome in the style of the Islamic Middle East.

Naturally, I wouldn’t want such a terrible fate to befall any of these good, worthy, and morally superior human beings.

I’m just saying, that’s all………😎

Juventus have contacted Paul Pogba's agent Mino Raiola about the possibility of the Manchester United midfielder returning to Turin as a free agent in the summer. (Gazzetta dello Sport - in Italian)
Pogba would have to accept a pay cut if he returned to Juve, who see their pursuit of the World Cup winner as a difficult one with Paris St-Germain and Real Madrid also in the race for the 28-year-old France international. (Calciomercato - in Italian)West Ham are keen to sign Belgium Under-21s midfielder Amadou Onana from Lille, who want more than £20m for the 20-year-old. (Sun on Sunday)

Atletico Madrid are considering a move for Paris St-Germain's 31-year-old Netherlands midfielder Gini Wijnaldum, who is said to be considering his future in the French capital less than one year into a three-year deal. (Mundo Deportivo - in Spanish)

Some good news there?
Manchester United are considering Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl as their potential next manager. (Sunday Mirror)

Did you know that Hasenhuttl translates from Dutch to English as ‘rabbit hutch’?

Anyway, Billy Davies and Stuart Pearce are available right now, and both of them might deign to consider an approach from the Old Trafford board. Provided it was humble enough, of course.

And what about Fireman Sam? The former Bolton supremo almost came home with the League Cup in 2004, and he would certainly have landed it if his players had not been been comprehensively outplayed by a vastly superior Middlesbrough team. This opportunity might coax Mr Allardyce out of his retirement. Okay, it’s not quite the “big club” chance he has always dreamed of, but it’s the closest thing he’s likely to get in this world of virtual reality.

Sorry? What was that about beggars and choosers? 😂

Don't know anything about Billy Davies,  Sam Allardyce is ok,  saved a couple of clubs from relegation,  is thorough in getting to know everything about a club,  players,  groundstaff etc.  and of course management.

Oh, Dear Lord, another little mishap, this time at Goodison Park. No doubt this will be the result that keeps Everton up; they are like a cork that pushes itself out of the bottom of the glass no matter how many times you try to hold it down.

Never mind! The Rags might be semi-final contenders in the Europa League this time next year.

Keep the faith……..😁😁

“His priority is to sign for a club guaranteed to qualify for next season’s Champions League”.

In that case, he might like to consider an approach from BATE Borisov. The perennial winners of the league title in Belarus qualify every year without fail, even though they normally exit the competition in the Preliminary Round.

Maybe his august presence might push them over the line?

UEFA are said to be considering fast-tracking Ukrainian clubs into the group stages of next season's Champions League, Europa League and Europa Conference League.

You'd think Ukraine would have other more pressing things to deal with other than European football.  :-\

True, of course.

The corruption and the politicisation of football for a Leftist and Globalist agenda is one of the main reasons why my passion for the game (including my own team) is a shadow of what it used to be.

Seriously, does any kind of abuse of process surprise any of us any more?

Not only the politicisation but also the sanitisation two weeks ago a fan at old Trafford had the “ temerity “ to shout at the director of football  ;D Darren fletcher , the fan then decided to leave his seat and go home but was held by security which surely is unlawful , can anyone imagine that happening twenty years ago ?. But there again it’s all part of master plan of being subservient

It most likely is unlawful to detain somebody merely for shouting at someone else, but I don’t think the law of the land really counts for much these days. Certainly, the behaviour of our heavily politicised police at the Freedom Marches we have attended suggests that the authorities behave precisely as they please, and are no longer accountable to the public who pay their wages. And then we the ‘Government’ themselves, who having been breaking the law by issuing illegal diktats and mandates for more than two years now.

Nevertheless, it is remarkable to observe just how many people miss the point when the ruling class js caught with its trousers around its ankles. The Downing Street ‘lockdown’ parties are a good example. The salient point is not that Bunter and his playmates were breaking their own lockdown rules. Rather, the essential issue is that The Fat Psycho and his chums were having weekly booze-ups while the Little People were caged up like battery hens BECAUSE THEY KNEW THAT COVID-19 PRESENTED NO THREAT TO HEALTHY PEOPLE, and only posed a danger to the chronically sick, just like any other common virus or bacterial infection. This clearly explains the film footage that surfaced when the story first broke of all those politicians and civil servants openly mocking members of the public who were obeying the rules and doing as they were told. They were all very merry, needless to say.

Liverpool's Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, 28, fears for his Anfield future, as he has not being approached about a new deal and has not played for the club since 20 March. The English midfielder is under contract until next summer.
