It most likely is unlawful to detain somebody merely for shouting at someone else, but I don’t think the law of the land really counts for much these days. Certainly, the behaviour of our heavily politicised police at the Freedom Marches we have attended suggests that the authorities behave precisely as they please, and are no longer accountable to the public who pay their wages. And then we the ‘Government’ themselves, who having been breaking the law by issuing illegal diktats and mandates for more than two years now.
Nevertheless, it is remarkable to observe just how many people miss the point when the ruling class js caught with its trousers around its ankles. The Downing Street ‘lockdown’ parties are a good example. The salient point is not that Bunter and his playmates were breaking their own lockdown rules. Rather, the essential issue is that The Fat Psycho and his chums were having weekly booze-ups while the Little People were caged up like battery hens BECAUSE THEY KNEW THAT COVID-19 PRESENTED NO THREAT TO HEALTHY PEOPLE, and only posed a danger to the chronically sick, just like any other common virus or bacterial infection. This clearly explains the film footage that surfaced when the story first broke of all those politicians and civil servants openly mocking members of the public who were obeying the rules and doing as they were told. They were all very merry, needless to say.
