Our village local is the best night out in Britain.


Skinner’s ‘Betty Stogs’ at £3-30 a pint, and Bay’s ‘Topsail’ at just a measly three quid.


What else could you possibly wish for?

I was in the pub this afternoon. Pimms and Lemonade is £6-00 per glass, but you can get a pitcher of the stuff for £18-50, which might be better value. I must admit, I’m not sure how much you get in a pitcher.

Manchester is a truly great venue for a night out, with so many excellent pubs, clubs, coffee bars and restaurants to choose from. And Stockport is also worth a mention; there’s many a tasty pint to be sampled in the pubs in that particular town.
