Do you mean our great leveling up Gov Minister Ce?
What I like about a Budget is,sometimes a light is shone on something they want to keep in the dark.
A cheer is raised because fuel Duty is not raised,Hoobloominray. No mention that Vat is raised on Fuel duty,a tax on a tax, pure genius like the old window tax or the hearth tax.
When you think about it,death is taxed, there will be vat on cremation,as it is a service.
Politicians and nappies must be changed often, and for the same reason

Budget measures announced by the Chancellor on Wednesday include levelling up cash boosts for six of Greater Manchester’s 10 boroughs.

As well as a wider devolution package for the region, Jeremy Hunt announced funding for community regeneration projects in Stockport, Salford, Tameside
and Wigan while Rochdale and Oldham will have access to a £400m fund over the next two years along with 18 other councils in England.
