You're right Parky, that's Groves pet shop on Tib Street.
 Did you spot in the picture of the sink hole on Rochdale Road Harpurhey Beech Mount maternity hospital in the background, thought I'd mention it as you said about being born there.  :)

Found,  thank goodness,  when people disappear they could make a phone call to a neighbour to stop family/friends worrying, or even the local police.
