8 month ago The dogs had been reported to police dog wardens rspca and
council for being agressive to other dogs and 1 dog it attackedhad to be
put sleep. and lunged push chairs. They all said it was a civil matter and
nothing could be done until it actually harmed a person..
Well it's happened now, witnesses say "one dog shot and one seized and the owner arrested".
Should have been two more shots.
