I own this domain name: ManchesterHighSchool.com. This domain name receives a monthly visitors of over 200,000 unique visits.
I was communicating with someone from Southern Cross School over email and phone call. They were buying my domain name for £400,000. As they will use the domain to redirect traffic to their School's admission portal. It was none of my business. But I wanted to sell this domain to Manchester High School, Grangethorpe Road because this domain is relevant to them. So I emailed them about my offer. But I never got a reply. I told the person I was communicating with from Southern Cross about this. Now they're offering me £500,000 but on a condition that they will first pay me £250,000 and the rest after the domain transfer completion.
I just want to know if this is some kind of scam? Will they pay me after the transfer?
