A couple of things about Tommy's incarceration, he's banged up in a maximum security prison in solitary confinement 23hrs a day for what is an alleged civil offence, this warrants an open prison, unlike other prisoners being let out with reduced sentences he will not be benefiting from early release, he lays the blame for this squarely at the feet of the government, not the prison management, he's been advised by the prison mental health team that his solitary conditions pose a threat to his mental health, if this was happening to a dissident in a foreign country MP's in parliament would be asking questions but not this shower, Tommy has done nothing but tell the truth, if anyone hasn't seen 'Silenced', the documentary that he was locked up for I can say it's revealing and shines a bright light on the subject of what happened, the evidence of lies corruption, pay offs to witnesses, the lot.

Now this is so scary,  he should be in an opn prison,  if prison at all,  I hope that now Musk owns Twitter he can publicize this, letting more people know,  get a petition up -  seems like shutting people up in prison is a way of silencing them.

Manchester Airport Liverpool John Lennon Airport have reopened their runways after closures this morning, but warn that passengers may still experience delays.

  • Poor weather and snow is affecting Northern train services, and may impact ScotRail and TransPennine Express and Great Western Railway
  • A severe weather alert is in place as 25cm of snow could fall on roads in parts of northern England, National Highways says
  • Temperatures to -11C overnight in Loch Glascarnoch, Scotland, as parts of the UK and the Republic of Ireland are experiencing power cuts after heavy snow.

Passengers are facing cancellations and delays after several major airports in England had to shut their runways as snow and freezing rain swept parts of the UK.

An amber weather warning is still in place from the Midlands up to Carlisle. Less severe yellow weather warnings are also in force for parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and elsewhere in England.

Until mid-morning on Sunday, no planes could leave Manchester Airport with all incoming flights being diverted elsewhere. Runways at five other airports were also temporarily closed.
Wintry conditions led to road closures and caused rail disruption and cancellations, while parts of southern England have been warned of flooding.

Elon Musk has called for Nigel Farage to be replaced as leader of Reform UK, just weeks after reports the multi-billionaire was in talks to donate to the party.
In a post on his social media site X, Musk said Farage "doesn't have what it takes" to lead the party - but did not explain his reasoning.

Farage suggested this was due to a disagreement over Musk's support for far-right activist Tommy Robinson.
He said Musk's comment was "a surprise", but that he would "never sell out my principles".

The comment from the tech entrepreneur comes hours after Farage described Musk as a "friend" in an interview on the BBC's Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg programme.

Good for Farage sticking to his principles,  he can't rely on the somewhat erratic Musk,  who if he backed Robinson as leader would maybe expect to be .rewarded.

Elon Musk has seen a gap to step into so he can wield his influence.

Keir Starmer defends his actions to tackle child sexual abuse by grooming gangs, as he takes questions after a speech on the NHS - watch live above
  • He ]said those "spreading lies and misinformation" on the issue were not interested in victims or justice, after attacks by Elon Musk
  • Analysis: This was perhaps the most impassioned Starmer has been as prime minister, writes our corresponnt Henry Zeffman
  • The PM also outlined details of a plan to cut the amount of time people in England spend on NHS waiting lists for elective treatments
  • The government has pledged to cut the list of patients waiting more than 18 weeks for NHS treatment in England by nearly half a million over the next year
  • Doctors have welcomed the plan but some are sceptical about whether it can be delivered, while the Conservatives say "patients cannot wait for more dither and delay from the government who promised so much, and so far have delivered so little"

Seven and a half thousand victims [known] waiting compensation.
A woman on toktok who has a child to a groomer, claims the council are pressuring her to
    allow access to the child.
I know that if something of this nature goes to court,it will take years of misery before settlement.
Politicians and nappies must be changed often, and for the same reason

Just for the purpose of clarity, TR's admin team on X this morning, Tommy never wanted to be a member of Reform although he supported them at the last election and I suspect alot of his followers,  which he has many, voted Reform.

Victims "clearly want action" and do not need a new national inquiry into grooming gangs, the woman who led a seven-year probe into child sexual abuse has said.
Prof Alexis Jay told BBC Radio 4's Today programme that "people should get on with" implementing her recommendations and "locally people need to step up to the mark and do the things that have been recommended".
"We've had enough of inquiries, consultations and discussions - especially for the victims and survivors who've had the courage to come forward," she said.
The Conservatives and Reform UK have called for a national inquiry into grooming gangs after the subject came under the spotlight, in part due to interventions on social media from Elon Musk.

But asked if a new national inquiry would hinder the implementation of her recommendations, Prof Jay said: "It would certainly cause delays."

A police investigation into allegations of preventable deaths and injuries at an NHS trust has doubled the number of cases it is looking at, BBC News can reveal.
The claims centre on care and treatment provided by University Hospitals Sussex NHS Trust between 2015 and 2021.
Sussex Police started looking in 2023 into an initial 105 cases, but BBC File On 4 Investigates has learned[/size] that number is now more than 200.
The force says the investigation is "active and ongoing", but it will "not be providing specific details around case numbers at this time".

Police became involved after two whistleblowers raised allegations of medical negligence at two of the trust's departments - neurosurgery and general surgery, including concerns about at least 40 deaths.

Yellow warnings for snow and ice remain in place after severe flooding and snow caused travel disruption and school closures across the UK
  • The Met Office says wintry weather is expected to bring icy roads and travel delays to much of west England, Wales, north and west Scotland, and Northern Ireland
  • Airports in Aberdeen, Liverpool, Bristol and Manchester had to temporarily stop flights earlier, but they've now reopened - although some disruptions remain
  • About 180 flood warnings - including one severe danger-to-life warning - and 270 flood alerts are in place across England and Wales
  • On Monday, major incidents were declared in Lincolnshire and Leicestershire after heavy flooding

McDonald's workers have said they are still facing sexual abuse and harassment, a year after the boss promised to clean up behaviour at the fast-food chain.
One 19-year-old worker, Matt, told the BBC some of his colleagues were scared of going into work, and that managers would "touch up" other members of staff.
Since the BBC's original investigation into the company, the UK equality watchdog has heard 300 reported incidents of harassment. It now plans to intervene again.
A McDonald's spokesperson said the company had undertaken "extensive work" over the past year to ensure it has industry-leading practices in place to keep its workers safe.

The UK boss of McDonald's has been summoned on Tuesday to answer MPs' questions for a second time, including over claims of sexual abuse. You will be able to follow the hearing live on the BBC website.
