New Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner has promised to work with Andy Burnham to 'deliver change' on her first official visit. Nightmare .scenario,starmer drops dead ,Russian troops mass on polands border Rayner becomes acting prime minister and refuses to order submarine captains to retaliate if the U.K. is attacked
