Searching for my maternal cousin Jennifer

I have very little information about my uncle's daughter Jennifer who was born in 1987 in Manchester. We are trying to find her as we need to break the news that her father died in February 2024, and we would also like to re-connect.
My maternal uncle Anthony Roy Abbott (other surnames include Farmer) was born 24 July 1964 and married a lady called Nagma/Nadgma/Najma - I'm unsure of the correct spelling. I don't even know her surname. A quick Google search suggests the name is Arabic-Swahili, mostly used as a personal name in Muslim families
My uncle and his wife spent time in Manchester where Jennifer was born. My uncle lost contact with them both because he fell into the drug scene.
I am regretful that nothing has been done much sooner to find my relative, but I am keen to contact Jennifer and build a relationship.
It's possible that they moved from Manchester, but it's also possible that they may still live there.

Apparently Najma's mother was a headmistress and they were of Iranian descent.

I am not sure how you would trace someone from the Muslim background.
