Why did;nt Reeves cut this over 80s award ? what does it cost to fund .
The challenge is what can you buy with 25p.
Just like the WFP,inflation is ignored.

Someone rang BBC radio 5live to say a 1% tax rise would have solved the Winter Fuel Allowance problem.
