 :Just thinking back to the days of Piccadilly Radio and Taking Care of Business with the wonderful Mike Shaft. Also, Love can be Fun. I was devastated when he left and then he turned up on Radio Manchester with Back in Business and then Sunset Radio. I think he's the best DJ thats ever graced the airwaves. Any memories?

i've met him at a seven ages of manchester show when he asked me a few questions on the civil war display i was doing - he was with gmr then - very enthusiastic, constantly smiling - nice guy.

I did meet him myself a few times. the first time in the Millionaire nightclub in Manchester and a few other times after that. He's a great guy :)
