I thought before the match started that the decision to hold the final in Manchester was unfair, giving a sort of 'home' advantage to the Scots.  Surely it wouldn't have been too late at the quarter-final stage to have alternative grounds made available if a UK team got through to the finals.  If it had been held in a neutral country then perhaps fewer fans would have gone to the final, and hopefully those  that did would have had less time to drink so much.
