hI ALL, LOOKING FOR ANY INFO (FINDING THIS VERY DIFFICULT) ON ANYONE WHO KNOWS A FRED DIMELOW, OR ANY OF HIS FAMILY AROUND SALFORD AREA ? FATHER FRED AND MOTHER RUTH STRAIN, WHO DIED YOUNG IN THE 60'S

Have you tried a letter to the Editor of the Salford Advertiser ???

If it's published you might get a good response O0

Hello Tina,

I'm not certain why you registered on the site for which I posted a link ... if you scroll down the page there's an address for letter post. A few lines below that you'll see email General Enquiry ... all you need to do is use that address and mark the message "For the attention of the Editor"
