well you could pm Chris the admin, but I think it's something to do with overloading it's happening on other forums

Yeah its always a problem on forums, you need to put flood control on it to stop them continuously pressing the search....People are so stupid and impatient that they wont wait for the search results to appear.
I was just curious why there was no search facility.

There is a search facility now. It's a Google facility which searches this Forum and nothing else.
