Paper Clip for a House?

Last week this story ran in all the papers...

A guy swapped a paper clip for a house in Canada after about 12 swaps- clip to key ring to wine, to free trip to hotel stay etc,etc

 So

1. Who would like to swap me something for fridge magnet - and then Ill keep posting

or

2. Who would like to join forces with me.
