Accy eh? Ued to go through Accy a lot — on my way to somewhere else. Not much to do, but they have — or perhaps did have? — a fine collection of Tiffany glass in the museum.

peterw . . . Haworth Gallery on Manchester Road have managed to hang on to the Tiffany items and do a roaring trade . . . its located in the grounds of a charming municipal park.  Highly recommended.

Accrington is in the process of of being gentrified to appeal to the Manchester Set.  The locals are managing to keep their feet on the ground, though!
