I don't think I have ever seen a web cam in a public place. Is it obvious they are there??? There is one trained on the Seafront in Exmouth and a homeless woman in a wheelchair is claiming it is invading her privacy. Apparently there have been calls to the 'powers that be' in the Town from all over the world from people concerned about her welfare.
