TROUBLE WITH ACCESSING EMAIL

Does anyone else have ntlworld.com as their homepage and having problems accessing their email messages etc.  i know they have a new signing in format but i get a blank page either way?

A friend is having a problem getting an email from me. I'm receiving her messages OK. She's not getting mine although her box is empty. She's on aol and I'm on googlemail. Has anyone any suggestions how we could
solve this problem?
