should people (through no fault of their own) have to give up their children because of poverty?
is it right that wealth should (automatically) qualify you to have children?

Should Madonna not challenge the internation economic system that puts people in poverty e.g. see the recent case of Starbucks coffee and Ethiopean farmers - where the farmers were prevented from patenting their national coffee because it might inflate its price?
