My son travelled into town with Pat Karney (Council) and he said the problem had been passed to -

Don't know what the fuss is about
know you don't seem to know alot dear do you? :P  if I'm boring you're letting the inertia slip in look it up its a long word it comes before luddite Oh and whilst your there do look up what it means its a big part of Lancs history as a counciller you may need to understand these things ::)

First we have a counciller who I thought was a male last week Ican't keep up with the changes  :-[  then/he/she sends me pms about debates and then we have a wall You go see our friend from the council Celeste I give up :P ;D ;D ;D

so lets move on - I believe ABCordellion said the wall was to limit noise from the buses and trams, of course having foliage would help towards it.
