It surprises me how the council in some backward thinking has not commissioned    a graffiti artist to scrawl all over it , some Muriel to some dead American rap star.

Because all youth like rap music, graffiti and anything that's anti establishment init.

Now lets have some ideas -
A mural between some foliage rather like (but not) Midsummer Night's Dream,
with the fairies on one side and Bottom and the others on the other side.

Or perhaps Banksy would bring visitors to Piccadilly Station and they could view it as they walked towards the gardens - what a 'show-stopper' that would be :smitten:

No. Afraid it will look rubbish . ..does any one know why the walls are there what was the reason for them being there?

The other side of the wall.
We are all lying in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.

I like the fountains but there isn't the colour when the crowds aren't there

Pyramis and Thisbe were  characters in Midsummer Night's Dream  (play within  a play) featuring a wall
