Archie's Diner - Oxford Road

There's a new diner/milkshake bar that apparently is going to be opening on Oxford Road, opposite the Palace Theatre between Grand Central and Cornerhouse... I've been trying to find the opening date of this place for ages. Anyone got the info on when this place is opening? can't seem to find a website for the restaurant. Is it a chain?

I have my suspicions that this is a front (for a brothel perhaps?). It's been "opening soon" for as long as I can remember, and it's only lit up at night. No other word about it on the net. Definitely suspicious...

Hey guys, from my research apparently it's a big franchise from New York where all the 'A' list celebs hangout. Brad Pitt, Paris Hilton, 50 Cent and many more. They have outlets throughout the USA. Me and all my friends cannot wait for the opening as its going to be the biggest celebrity hangout in Manchester. Please keep me updated if you guys hear anything.

I'm never at that end of town, most of the shops I used to go to on Oxford Street have closed and it seems a bit lacklustre - maybe I'll go that way nearer xmas if there is something good on at the Palace Theatre and  then I'll go in
